Sophos Blacklist

It appears that our IP address or domain has been listed on the Sophos Antispam Blacklist. I would like to inquire about the steps required to be removed from this list.

Hello there, Labs have confirmed that they aren’t blocking the IP/Domain; the block is at the customer product configuration. Here’s a reference to the UTM/Firewall/SFOS docs that highlight this fact…

• Full Log
• .eml sample of the email being rejected
• Affected domain(s).
