IP blacklisted

Here's the information for a recent example with this specific IP:

Recipient: marianne@furrow.com
Response: smtp;550 Sophos Anti-Spam Engine has blocked this email because the sender IP address is blacklisted.

• .eml sample of the email being rejected 
• Affected domain.

As I mentioned we are an ESP and we have a lot of IPs listed by you, I'll give you one example of them but this is not the only domain or IP seeing this issue.

The .eml file you shared seems incorrect; please share a new one.

Also, it seems the blocks are happening at the configuration level (so the users are blocking the emails) rather than Sophos blocking your IPs, but Labs will be able to confirm.

Labs have confirmed that they aren’t blocking the IP/Domain; the block is at the customer product configuration.
