Billing issue!

Hi! I have a billing issue. Who can I contact please? I got charged an amount on my Mastercard but I got out of Sophos services in 2022 (and have the email prooving it). I don't use it and wish to be reimbursed. It is really unacceptable not being able to know easily where to address such a question!!

  • Have you considered just disputing the charge with your Credit Card provider?  That may bring the proper contact to you.  I'm not a Sophos employee, rather, a reseller, and would help more but we have no dealings with the home product side of things, that's direct with Sophos.
