Hello Sophos Support,
I am unable to log in at the Sophos Support Portal because I keep receiving some "Sales Force" error message every time. This Sales Force error has been occurring for months now. Could someone perhaps do something about it? It's great that we need to register for support, but if the login never works, we as customers can't reach you.
Region is German and my english is too bad for Phone Calls. So I need support via Mail.
I hope you can assist me.
