To clarify, are you currently using the Sophos Mobile On-Premise on your mobile devices? This product has been retired on 20 July 2023. We suggest migrating to Sophos Mobile managed in Sophos Central. With Central Mobile, you can create configurations to block specific apps, including Google Drive.

FYI, we are using this device XG550 (SFOS 19.0.2 MR-2-Build472) only in one of the zones, and is it not possible to block G-Drive or any specific Android base APK in this model?

No, we haven't tried this because we want to block Google Drive specifically, and here in this, it (Block online storage applications and websites.) might impact other services also. 

Yes, we have raised a case in TAC, but as per TAC, it is not possible to block Android APK, which is not in the list of application categories (mobile applications).

For a workaround.Since this will only be in a specific zone.

Kindly try to make an allow Rule first for other sites or services that might be affected. If applicable

For example.

• FW Rule 1: Allow Website A or Service A, or online storage A
• FW Rule 2: Allow Website B or Service B or online storage B
• FW Rule 3: Block online storage sites as indicated in the KB

Or, another way is to use Sophos Central Mobile, as this product is specifically designed to manage mobile devices.
