To delete or turn off Sophos Endpoint

so the thing is this laptop was pre-owned by a company and they inserted the sophos endpoint 

but now Sophos is deleting some of my files as threat and i cant stop it as i not have the admin id and password and neither the tamper protection password 

and to get the tamper protection password i don't have the registered email id and password to get the tamper protection password so i am stuck 

help me
