Delete Sophos ID account / profile

Kindly note that as your Sophos ID and Sophos Community accounts are associated, navigating/signing in on the community may re-generate your Community account if you choose to keep your Sophos ID account.

If you wish to delete both the community account and your Sophos ID, you must open a ticket with our Customer Care team.

I wonder, why I got an email from OneTrust <svc-onetrust@sophos.com> in order to delete my Spohos ID and my community accout. Is this correct?

This is correct. This is due to the request for permanent deletion of an account.

I still want my Sophos ID and my community account to be deleted. It is still unclear to me what to do and who to contact to get this done as soon as possible.

I'll proceed and delete your Community account. But to delete your Sophos ID, you still need to reach out to Customer Care. You can either open a case with them at the Support Portal or give them a call using the hotline numbers listed at the following page - https://doc.sophos.com/support/help/en-us/contact/index.html
