When I click here, the website needs 65 seconds to load.
Sometimes it is a bit faster but most of the times, it is very, very slow.

Upon testing, I also experienced this on my first few tries. However, now it loads faster. Possible it's been cached already.

most of the times it is still slow, even after first load. never quick. 1min should be unacceptable anyway.
click on it several times, every 2nd , 3rd click it is slow.
Is in that state for a while now. RE: how to find this chat "Community Chat" on the website?

Now, as of today, I have this problem logging into partner portal as well.
I am waiting for the authentication to complete after putting in my loginname and password since 10 Minutes now.
Nothing happens - it looks like dead.

This is an ongoing issue due to how the community groups/forum are nested and the number of groups. (This is caused by the number of groups displayed on one page).
We’re working on this, but it’ll take a few months. We’re aiming for the end of Q3.
