Error when taking Sophos central administrator certification exam

Greetings; 
 
 I am writing to you because I am enrolled in the Sophos central administrator certification course (CT15). 
 
 The exam has 4 attempts to finish, currently I have 1 attempt, but at the time of opening attempt 2 by mistake the answers could not be sent and the window remains blank while loading and does not allow me to open the exam again. 
 
 Please help me with this problem.

 Thank you for reaching out to the Community Forum. This could be a browser issue. Have you tried to clear your cache or maybe try with another browser?
