How can I get a central.sophos account closed?

Our organization has stopped using sophos central, and sophos in general.

When I reached out to support to close the account, I was asked for a current license number, but the license is expired, because our organization has stopped using sophos.

How do I close the account?

  • The clickable link above for support.sophos... does not work. Used it for clues, though, that got me into phone support.

    Wound up in a phone tree, bounced around, was repeatedly asked if I want no licenses (no), account should be closed now.
