Our organization has stopped using sophos central, and sophos in general.When I reached out to support to close the account, I was asked for a current license number, but the license is expired, because our organization has stopped using sophos.How do I close the account?
You would need to reach out to our Customer Care team instead of Support for your request. You can reach them via phone: support.sophos.com and select your region under Critical Cases for your local number.
The clickable link above for support.sophos... does not work. Used it for clues, though, that got me into phone support.Wound up in a phone tree, bounced around, was repeatedly asked if I want no licenses (no), account should be closed now.
