3CX DLL-Sideloading attack: What you need to know
Hi, I can't find anywhere to delete my Sophos ID nor even change the primary email for it. All the articles are about deleting something called Sophos Home or something like that. I can't seem to find a way to contact anyone live either. It seems to be all automated and run by bots and one of them even said live support required premium membership. All I want to do is delete my Sophos ID.
Hi,
To delete your Sophos ID, kindly reach out to our Customer Care
if you want to delete your Sophos community ID, we can do that for you

How do I reach out to Customer Care? Do I need Premium to do that? And yes, I would like my Sophos Community ID deleted as well.
You may reach the hotline here: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/?language=en_US#t=AllTab&sort=relevancy
No need for a premium, Also, would it be possible to know the reason for the request, your feedback is highly appreciated.
Then, kindly suggest a time and date for the deletion of your Community Account. Thank you
I don't know what to do on the page of the link you gave me. I don't see anywhere to talk to anyone.
You may follow the following on the page.
1. Login for a chat
2. Select a region to get a contact number based on your location
I try to log in but then after it logs in I get a red error message that says something about a URL Header but I don't have time to really read it because it disappears in a few seconds and then instantly redirects me to a registration page. But I already have a Sophos ID. O_o
Hi hjfsdhjfgdshjfgsdjh,
To Delete your Sophos ID, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Care team. You may do so through the Sophos Support Portal. However, this will require you to create a Support Portal account.
If you wish to reach out to them without creating an account, you can call our hotline numbers located under "For Critical Cases" to find your regional phone number.
Let me know if this helps. Thank you.
