I have logged ticket from 2 weeks & daily following up with the case. but no one responding on the case & not taking on priority.
Becasue of sophos issue, we are facing lots of issues in our business.

Its very very urgent.
I hope after the above message Sophos team will work on my ticket other wise we will plan to change Sophos firewall to another.

Lots of issues because of Sophos firewall. NO one ready to resolve.
