05450544 - Sophos Firewall Ticket issue (Not providing support properly)

Hi Sophos Team,

I have logged ticket from 2 weeks & daily following up with the case. but no one responding on the case & not taking on priority.

Becasue of sophos issue, we are facing lots of issues in our business.

Its very very urgent.
