Have tried everything and haven't gotten anywhere. I have Sophos Home and today I tried to download some FTP software. Sophos blocked it but a pop-up said I could manage devices and sw and wanted me to login. Apparently I didnt save my password. I clicked the reset password button but never received and email. And I never saw where I can request to resend the verification email. So for support it says I have to login! So now I am stuck. I cant login and I cant reset my password which means I cant download anything. How do I get help? I have read through all the support pages and it seems unless I can login I cant get help.

Make sure you’re accessing https://my.sophos.com/en-us/login/ which is the portal for Sophos Home users.
