Hello. I am new to this community and I really apologize if I did not follow certain protocols.
I am using Sophos Home. I have already run a scan on Sophos home several times. Every time it shows a certain number of "Threats found". I assumed that these threats are cleared automatically but this does not seem to be the case. My question is, how to clean these threats after the scan.
I also tried to clean two Alerts on my backup. I followed all the instructions on your helpline but nothing seems to work.
