When I release quarantined spam messages, they bounce right back into being quarantined as spam. The emails are legitimate and I have added the their domain name to Spam Check Exceptions but these emails do a loop back into quarantine.
Any suggestions ?
Please let us know which Sophos product you are using. It would be great if you could provide more details regarding your environment like the version of the Sophos product, how it is set up, etc.
We are using a Sophos XG135, Firmware SFOS 17.5 9 MR-9 .
This one is one sample where an email was Rejected & Quarantined. I released it & it looped back through to being Rejected & Quarantined again. As mentioned, I had added the senders domain name into the Spam Check Exceptions list
