ZTNA force reconnection

Well, sure, in general. As this happen on random clients and random customers, it might hard to catch the issue by support. In fact, I hoped sophos is aware of this or other ZTNA customers report similar experience so this might be fixed in next verions. Or at least a "reconnect" button as workaround.

Thank you for the feedback. Ill add this as a part of our backlog. Getting the SDU log from the affected client when the issue happens would definitely help shed more light on it.

Case ID 01984590 is opened with SDU attached. As we add User using ZTNA, we got this issue severa times in the week.

We experience exactly the same issue for several Windows 10 / Windows 11 endpoints. As I can see it mostly happens if users send their notebooks to standby, go home, continue working. The connection to the ZTNA gateway is up, but they lost the connection to any ZTNA ressources like their network drives. Always the the only way is to reboot the machine.

just do give you an update: SDU didn't show any issues. Supported asked to catch PCAP (wireshark) of the Windows Client PC when the issue occures and send this including a new SDU to support.
