ZTNA force reconnection

Hi Folks,

we are using ZTNA for several user and notice that sometimes, ZTNA seems to be green and connected, but in fact, DNS resolving for ressources on 100.64.0.x is not working -> no response. So it seems, that ZTNA is not fully working.

After rebooting the client this is in normaly fixed. How could we "reconnect" ZTNA without rebooting the whole PC.

Hi Sven,

That is not ideal. Would it be possible to create a support ticket to investigate this further?

Well, sure, in general. As this happen on random clients and random customers, it might hard to catch the issue by support. In fact, I hoped sophos is aware of this or other ZTNA customers report similar experience so this might be fixed in next verions. Or at least a "reconnect" button as workaround.

Thank you for the feedback. Ill add this as a part of our backlog. Getting the SDU log from the affected client when the issue happens would definitely help shed more light on it.
