websites blocked

hello

i need help for strange behaviour on Web appliance

when I look at user's history, some sites are blocked and i don't know why but when i try to test the policy applied to a site for this user , all is well

an idea ?

Would you please share a screenshot of the logs or the user's history? Are you seeing the website getting blocked under any category?

Blocked site

same site with same user allowed

Hi damien DELEVAL

It might be with the antivirus but I suggest creating a case with Sophos Support as they will be able to check the logs in the backend.
