With the retirement of Sophos SG hardware approaching soon (2 months), I wanted to know if hardware replacement for faulty hardware will still be available as long as the license is able to be renewed which ends in 2026.

Yes, Tom, as Vivek said, your replacement coverage ends when your license is expired without renewal or on June 30, 2026, whichever is sooner.
After June 30 of this year, SG spares will be sold from remaining stock until depleted, but no "new" licenses will be sold, only renewals.
