Endpoint Security: Failed to send a WinHttp request. The error code was 12002

Hi,

trying to install Sophos Endpoint Security on a normal win 7 client (as done 100 times before...).

On this client always getting the error that no internet-connection is available and the installation stops. 

the log file:

Internet is available, testet the installation on another virtual client (same os / same connection / same installer file) the endpoint protection installs without any problems..

    My reseller has created a ticket with Sophos about this, but up to now no new information. They expect it won't be before monday before we have an answer.

    Woke up this morning, checked my clients servers
    Install worked as if there was no problem.
    I'm guessing the brokers servers are now fixed!!!!!!
    this needs to be more streamlined to the people/Technicians in the US talking to AU 

    AU Sophos, UK Sophos had no idea there was an issue until I advised Sophos of this thread lastnight this went on for far too long.

    Resellers should be made service instant!

    But the installation succeeds after several attempts (but for 200+ clients, brrrr). Already created a ticket at Sophos support.
