Limit to Mac addresses used

Is there a limit to the amount of MAC address you can enter to allow access to an SSID? or could it cause issues if to many are entered? We allow access to certain SSIDs through Device MAC addresses. We have a lot of device turnovers and got on the topic of could this cause harm in the future if we had "To many MAC address" and what issues could it cause. We control this in Sophos Central.
