Please help me to check this case
Hi Peter410 ,
Thanks for reaching to Sophos Community and I hope you are well.
Please follow this UTM Admin guide for exceptions and on how to define whitelist client hosts/networks, users/groups, and domains. https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-utm/utm/9.708/help/en-us/Content/utm/utmAdminGuide/WebProtFilteringOptionsExceptions.htm
Hope this helps and thank you for choosing Sophos.

can you guide me with step by step pictures because i'm just a basic user
I suspect you'll need to get info from Gmail and Microsoft to find out what subnets and/or 'DNS Group' definitions you'll need to allow from the one user. After that firewall rule, you'll want another rule to block 'Email Messaging' from that user to 'Internet'.
Cheers - Bob
PS Should someone move your thread to the Network Protection forum?
I choose to block all webmail, all webmail is blocked and exception 365 because in sophos utm there is already exception 365 but not except Gmail
You may visit this KB from Google on what to whitelist from specific Google Mail domains and can be configured from the firewall side in order for Gmail to be exempted: https://support.google.com/a/answer/9497877?hl=en
