I have one SD-RED 20 inside a lab and I crashed the XGS Firewall-VM.
Unfortunately, I only have an older VM in backup and the RED configuration was not yet available in the backup VM. I therefore created a new RED configuration and used the last unlock code. Now the RED no longer connects to the new VM.
Can the unlock code for the RED with the serial number R20005D97GFFJ9D please be reset?
