SD-RED 20 secondhand how to test, Reset

Hi there,

I got some SD-RED 20 here. I don´t got any Sophos Firewall to couple. My questions are , is there´s a way to factory Reset the RED (with the button behind ? ) , Should I install a software to manage it ? I plug a miniUSB cable and use Putty but i can´t do anything from there, no prompt or something..

these RED are secondhand, is it easy to find the unlock Code or should it be a problem to reused them ?

Thanks a lot for the quick answer. last question : I got these RED from a old company, I don´t know how is it with the "unlock Code". I f I sell a RED to an other company, can it works straight or what the new owner should do then ? thanks

Hey Olivier Sabatier , while deleting any Red interface they will be getting an option to save the unlock code.
For reference you can refer the KBA - Pop-up and email for the RED unlock code.

Hey Olivier Sabatier , while deleting any Red interface they will be getting an option to save the unlock code.
For reference you can refer the KBA - Pop-up and email for the RED unlock code.
