We have just released UTM version 9.712-13. This release corrects an issue that was found during the early rollout of 9.712-12. We will restart the rollout of 9.712 over the coming week.
Devices that are still running 9.711 will update directly to 9.712-13.

If you have already updated to 9.712-12, there is no need to immediately upgrade to 9.712-13 as the fixed issue only impacted UTMs running on C5 or M5 instances in Amazon Web Services and only occurred during the update process itself. You can wait and update at a convenient time, or even wait until our next full maintenance release and apply both updates at the same time.
