Router is in which mode (gateway or bridge)? Go to System > Network > WAN Link Manager, check whether the WAN connection status is green. 

I think it is a routing issue. Take SSH to XG and go to option 4. Device console. Execute command: tcpdump 'host x.x.x.x (source ip) and port 80 or port 443. Verify the packet communication.

My problem is that I can not register the device. It gives me error.

XG will register when it is able to reach the Internet. Also, did you register the XG appliance on MySophos account?
