Having trouble to run Screen connect through Application filter...please help

I have a group of applications in categories that i filter in my XG 115

And they are all on setting allow...but screenconnect (log says Port 8041) is denied...

I also already set screen connect explicit to allow as single entry in the same Application filter, but still denied

Only if i take the application filter out of the firewall rule, screen connect works...

So even that i allow any group that i have set up in the application filter, it is still denying it...

Does that make any sense to some one and does anyone have an idea to get that working?!

    Greetings.

    I request you to check if Application Filter is dropping any packet for Screen Connect client. To check the logs, navigate through the options: 

    • System
    • Diagnostics
    • Log Viewer
    • View logs for  > Application Filter

    Configure a Filter in Source IP as the IP address of the system you try to test Screen connect client.

    You will discover the drop logs, if you find anything dropping correct it under the Application Filter policy.
