Firewall showing a rainbow screen in command

Sophos Firewall XG 135 , showing status light and power light , but the interfaces are off.. When we try to log into the command line it is showing the below rainbow screen

Hello,

I believe you have tried connecting through the console. Could you validate the baud rate used or try rebooting the firewall?

He's suggesting that you connect via the serial console port, to see if the device is dead or if this is an HDMI issue. I don't know this device, but it's possible that an early boot issue is breaking things before interface or HDMI drivers can be loaded. The serial console is designed to work under almost all conditions.
