XGS118 unable to verify licence.

Hi,

I have registered it in CM, claimed it and it currently running on an evaluation licence until early February 2025.

I have tried registering the XGS118 a number of times with various network settings and each time the response unable to verify licence.

I have read a number of KBAs which have a lot of information, but none really useful in resolving the issue.

Please advise what needs to be done to verify the licence.

last time I registered a firewall, the problem was that the time client was not running on the firewall.
Device Registration fails: Appliance connectivity issue with the license server - Time not set
maybe that helps

The device is time synch'ed.

Progress report.

The Customer Care Support sent me some instructions which I followed with the same error.

I sent Customer Care Support a copy of the screenshots and they requested remote access the CM instance.

Next email advises that the issue has been basically escalated to the back office team.

I am waiting for th e next installemt.
