unable to access http website in win 11 only

Hi Team,

Issue: A Windows 11 PC (PC1) is unable to access a specific HTTP website through the office network. However, the same website is accessible via a mobile hotspot. In contrast, a Windows 10 PC (PC2) can access the website without issues on the same office network. (Both PC under same policy)

Do i need to allow anything for win11 PC in XG?
firewall detail: XGS2100 (SFOS 20.0.1 MR-1-Build342)

the issue is more than likely a web browser setting regarding non secure site access.r

If it were a browser issue, using a mobile hotspot also shouldn’t be able to access the website. However, in my scenario, using a hotspot allows me to access the site. :-(

Hi Ravin Can you please clarify if the above PCAP was captured on which device and on which IP or what syntax was used to capture it if it was captured on Sophos Firewall?

Please ensure the required NAT rule is configured with the correct NAT action for 11 PC (PC1).

Please check the RR steps below if that helps here to narrow down the reported situation by comparing logs of working and non-working situations.
