DHCP lost to all devices except one vlan

hi

i previously posted a question on how to migrate trunk vlans from one port to another mew port for lag configuration. Once i did the transfer we lost connection with dhcp all clients cannot get ip address but once they get a static ip the communication with all vlans is working. The only switch that is getting ip address from dhcp is the server switch i think because its already on the same vlan as the domain. I took back the change of configuration and and put it back to old port as it was but still we are not getting any dhcp, i had to set sophos to be our temporary dhcp so clients cannot work but i cant find any reason for the loss! is there anything i should check on sophos? there was no dhcp before this temp one and there was no relay.

I did a tracert from the workstation interface to servers it seems not reachable but not sure if that is the correct way to debug if yes why? all rules are the same and switch configuration never changed.
