problems with voip telephony, using site to site vpn connection

implementing vpn site to site connection, causes problems with ip telephony, when starting the connection or disabling the connection causes my voip phones to start disconnecting from the pbx.
once the connection is established and having the vpn connected the voip telephones in certain moments when the vpn connection renews the connections the telephones fall and return to loguerse taking several minutes, the problem occurs during several moments during the day.

the telephony is in a different segment of the LAN, the voice VLAN has a different ip segment.
The policies are set to accept outbound connections to the PBX as well as a NAT rule attached.
the pbx is located within my own network infrastructure since the internet service is provided directly by our company.
