Integrate AD Azure with Sophos - Test connection failed as server down or unreachebale

Dear all, 
 The AD Azure has been added to Sophos firewall but Test connection failed as server down or unreachebale. 
 Do you have the same issue, please support me to resolve on this.

Please review the below steps and if the same steps are followed with the required permission and the error is there, you may review the access_server [debug] logs and based on that you will get the next clue or hint on the cause of the error.
