Dear All i have this problem in pic i tried to close category (travel ) but as an execption i opened this site called (Tripadvisor) it opened but this is always the view ???

can u help me please ?? 

i hae to open the travel category to open normally ...but i need to open only this site any help please

    As u can see i already did what u are saying and it is allwed .....the site opens but u can see the view is corrupted ???

    there is no any denied....

    Hello,

    Thanks for sharing the policy test output. The website called tripadvisor.com is allowed. However, as per the snapshot provided with the issue description. We suspect that there may have few other URL integrated with the website and seems to be getting blocked.

    Hence, we suggested you to review the logs under Log Viewer > Web Filter while browsing website and filter it with the source IP so we can see all the URL allowed or denied.

    Also, just to confirm - if you change the policy to allow all. Does website loads proper page?
