We have a Sophos XG135 firewall running SFOS 20.0.1 MR-1-Build342).
We have a cloud 8x8 VOIP phone soultion which is having intermittant audio issues.
We have been asked to run their network diagnostic tool which is reporting back UDP port 443 outbound is being blocked.
I have checked and there is no rule blocking this, we have also added a rule specifically to allow ALL outbound traffic on this port but i has made no difference.
Has anyone come across this or knows a way to diagnose why or how this is being blocked?
