Seeking Advice on HA Configuration Issues on VMware

Dear Sophos Community Members,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently in the process of configuring High Availability (HA) on our VMware platform and have encountered an issue that I could use some assistance with.

Here are the steps I have taken so far:

1. Built the second firewall and imported the configuration.
2. Assigned different LAN and WAN IP addresses to the new firewall.
3. Initiated the HA on the primary device.

However, after initiating the HA, I lose connection to both devices and am unable to access them using any port.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or could provide guidance on resolving this problem? Any insights, best practices, or resources would be greatly appreciated.
