Hello, we have a single remote user at our organization using the Remote SSL VPN group. We do not use AD to sync passwords or anything. they are just set by the Admin. He emailed me today saying that his password expired, and he can log-in to the VPN. I don't see any password expiration settings on the console (and he has no quotas or restrictions, just default user settings)
so, I tried just creating a new password for him and sending it to him. But after, he still gets the same message about his password being expired. how do I get him back into his VPN without having him travel from hours away?
