You should configure a static route introducing each network and reach them via the specific interface (exit interface), kindly refer to this static routing doc guide: https://docs.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/20.0/help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/Routing/StaticRouting/RoutingUnicastRouteAdd/index.html
Then, a firewall rule for the source and destination network, respectively.
