How to check the kind and version of the hard disk of an XG appliance?

Thank you for reaching out to the community, would suggest to log a service request (Support team will help validate and process the appliance for the RMA if there is a valid license and the warranty), as opening the appliance to replace a hard disk will void the appliance's warranty.

HI Vivek Jagad thanks for u reply the RMA don't apply in this case, cause there is no a valid license, is an HA active - passive configuration and the passive appliance have the problem.

You can use smartctl -a /dev/sda
