Scan to Mailbox packet drop every now and then

I am using Sophos XGS 2100 Version 20, newly deployed. Everything worked fine however since the deployment Scan to Email would not work properly. The packet is dropped now and then. sometimes it will not go through. I contacted Sophos technical support he did all kinds of troubleshooting ( Paket capture, Log..) nothing could be Identified.

I have the same firewall in four branches all work with no problem.

I made a new firewall rule for just SMTP port 587 and 25, but the problem was not solved.

any help will be appreciated.
