Awed service not running - Show failure-reason - Failed to start awed Service

Thank you for reaching out to the community, did you tried rebooting the appliance ? If not you can just restart and let us know your observation ?
Also double check if the wireless settings in general are on or off ? 
And 19.5 MR-2 is declared EoL - 15-FEB-2024 | REF - Retirement calendar for Sophos.

I tried rebooting - still same issue - and I cant check wireless settings since I can't login through the web and check Wireless settings - and only access I have is through SSH / putty. 

did you set up firewall with Sophos Central ? If yes you can access via Sophos Central and navigate the settings on the GUI. 

It is on Sophos Central - but I can't access it as well from there - blank screen when trying to access it from Sophos Central and I tried from another computer, and different browser. 

Kindly check the logs(apache.log/tomcat.log), to give us further insights

Kindly try to disable the appliance access by doing the following in Advance shell and then kindly try to change it via GUI.

• system appliance_access enable ( be advised that traffic will be disabled,schedule this activity)
• system appliance_access disable (once done)
