system ssd show unknown parameter

hello

my xgs126 was flagged for ssd update

when typing "system ssd show ", i get error unknown parameter 'ssd'

i am using device console (4)

how to proceed ?!

Hi TarekHalloun, To verify, are you using Putty to run SSH to run the command? If yes, and it’s still not working, I would recommend reaching out to Support and creating a case. Also, kindly share…

Same issue here on a clients XGS116w, unfortunately a reboot has not fixed it.

To verify, are you using Putty to run SSH to run the command?

Putty was the fix, thank you. Using the in-built console from the XGS web admin does not recognise the "ssd" in "system ssd show" - but successful via putty.
