Hi TarekHalloun,
To verify, are you using Putty to run SSH to run the command?
If yes, and it’s still not working, I would recommend reaching out to Support and creating a case. Also, kindly share the case number here. Thank you

I'm having this issue too, on two XGS 2100's in high availability. I received the banner at the top of the web GUI saying I needed an SSD upgrade. (I was on v19.5) I first updated the firewalls' firmwares to v20.0.0 via the web GUI, and that went smoothly. Once they were both back up and running, I've tried to use PuTTY to SSH into the IP address of both the primary and secondary. On both, the system does not recognize "system ssd show" or "system ssd update". Specifically, they both say:
Error: Unknown Parameter 'ssd'
Rebooting the firewall did not seem to change this.
Nevermind. After about 20 minutes the command started working. It appears I didn't notice that if you do an OS upgrade first, there's a waiting period to re-acquire the hotfix.
Hi TarekHalloun
