WAN port is down while the connection is up

Hi,
I have XG230 it shows that the wan port is down (Status is Red) however the connection is up.

Appreciate any comments

Hi Mahe Qasem If you have set the failover rule to same as gateway IP change it to 8.8.8.8 as per the below snapshot on Gateway details : Regards

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

Was this previously working before? Was there any change on the ISP router or your SF before this issue occurred? Could you let us know what SFOS version you are running?

Further, Could you try to hit the "Save" button again under the Interface settings and see if that would help fix this?
