Zoom Licensed Phone Calls Dropping

Hi Sophos Community,

We're currently experiencing difficulties with Zoom calls after implementing Sophos XG Firewall rules and policies.

Issue:
Zoom calls encounter disruptions when our Sophos XG Firewall rules and policies are enabled. Disabling them resolves the problem, but we need a solution that allows us to maintain the security measures. Can anybody help me regarding this.

You would need to create exceptions for Zoom or create a separate Firewall Rule for the Destination Networks for Zoom; here is a RR on the exclusion list for zoom.

Still Facing the Same Issue. while getting the incoming phone call, there is silent or suddenly call ended or breaking the voice or not able to hear anything. again if we dial the same number (outgoing) then its working. every time from different numbers same issue.
