Unable to connect sophos ssl vpn with my broadband connection

To verify, what kind of VPN(IPsec Remote or SSL VPN Remote) are you using?

Kindly check the VPN logs and do a packet capture comparing the two traffic.

Also, verify your VPN ports and check if they’re closed/blocked with your service provider.

The default ports are the following.

Ipsec: UDP500 and UDP4500

SSLVPN: TCP/UDP Default 8443
