Captive Portal

Hi All,

I'm facing issue with captive portal, some of my users are getting error The Connection has Timed out and the server is taking too long to respond. 

For some users captive portal is popoing automatically but for the some it's getting issue.

    Thank you for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    • Are all users experiencing the said issue?
    • How frequently does the issue occur?
    • Are the issues specific to certain devices?
    • Are they all connected to the same network? Same Firewall Rules,and so on.
    • Have you checked the log viewer for any errors or relevant information that may assist us?
    • How about the Session Timeout settings?
    • Have you tried to use a different browser/Clear Cache?
