Problem downloading the image

repeatedly, always after filling in the registration fields, I receive a serial number by email and then when I try to download the image, I am redirected to the website "">download.sophos.com/.../404.html".

I turned off the Windows firewall, turned off the antivirus software, checked the possibility of downloading ISO images from other websites and I have no problem :-(

Can you try to use a different device or a different network?

Upon testing, I can download it on my end.

I tried with IP addresses in geology: Cypro, USA, Great Britain, Switzerland ... always the same, i.e. inability to download the ISO

it would be good if I could download the image from some other location on the Internet, if possible

Hi,

really sounds like a security problem with your device/network not liking the ISO and causing the server to report the iso is not available.

Good, I can use another Internet operator. I will let you know how to check.

Hi, you were right. After changing the operator, I can download the image. There are two options; either the problem is in the synology router or in the xcitium comodo package.
