Cannot Register on Firewall. Showing No Internet Connection

Question

I'm facing a critical issue with a SOPHOS device used in our Water Management System's SCADA setup. 
 Recently, the system stopped communicating, and we're encountering a strange error message stating that we need to register our firewall. 
 However, when we attempt to connect, it shows "No Internet Connection." 
 Tried with different Internet Connections. The same Error is showing

Hi Anand, 
 
 The error suggest that the device has not synced to our server for more than 90 days. You may refer to the below KBA and share us the licensing.log while registering the device. 
 Sophos Firewall: License Sync Failed 
 If it still fails, we request you to raise the support case and DM the case ID.

Do you have a backup of the configuration? Seems the system lost some config settings. Try to do a factory reset or reimage the system from USB. Maybe a hardware problem.
